Rachel Vineberg Jones and Eric Jones established their family foundation to drive meaningful impact in healthcare, education, and the arts. They believe in being responsive to and engaged with the issues that matter most in their Northern California community.
Eric Jones is a seasoned business builder, investor, and nonprofit executive who has played a key role in building one of the leading public and private sector investment firms of the past decade. His work spans healthcare, fintech, and technology, with a focus on scaling innovative companies. As Chair of Development for the San Francisco Education Fund during the COVID-19 pandemic, Eric launched the SF Literacy Coalition, enabling over 10,000 students to retain access to in-person learning. Eric Jones has also established the American Dream Institute, which is investigating young Americans' economic and social sentiments.
Rachel Vineberg Jones is accomplished architectural designer and small business owner who couples expertise in design with dedication to cultural access and community development. Rachel currently sits on the Architecture & Design Accessions Committee at SFMOMA and the Institute of Contemporary Art SF Board of Directors.
Together, Eric and Rachel are also supporters of local institutions including the Bay Area Discovery Museum. Through their foundation, they aim to specifically support individuals, families, and communities in Northern California affected by critical gaps in healthcare, education, and the arts.
